Purpose
The site presents Robaian Solutions and its projects, including Aura, designed for companionship for seniors at home. The visuals are computer-generated images. The conversations shown are scripted scenes.
Use
The website provides information, reservations and a way to get in touch. It is not an emergency service: in an emergency, call 911. A reservation is not a purchase: no payment, no obligation.
Reservation terms
The reservation is free and without commitment: no payment is requested and it does not oblige you to buy anything. Confirmed reservations are served in the order in which they were confirmed, region by region; outside the first installation area (Greater Montréal and Montérégie), they are placed on the waiting list for your region. Before any purchase, we give you the price, the setup proposed for the home and the terms of sale, which you are free to accept or not. You may withdraw your reservation at any time, by writing to info@robaian.com. Reserving for a loved one does not replace their consent. No appointment is made without their direct consent. Eligibility and the suitability of the home are checked before installation.
