The person in charge of the protection of personal information is the founder and president of Solutions Robaian inc. You can reach them at info@robaian.com.
Scope
This policy covers the Solutions Robaian inc. website, the Aura reservation and the contact form. How Aura works in the home is the subject of separate information and consent at installation.
Aura reservation
The reservation asks who you are reserving for, your first name, your email and your region. This information is used to confirm your address, manage your reservation and contact you about the price and installations in your region. If you check the box provided, we also write to you with Aura news. No health information is requested; please do not add any.
Contact form
The form asks for your name, email and message. Your organization, phone number, the solution of interest and the reason for your request are optional. This information is used to answer your request.
Service providers and transfers outside Québec
Emails are sent by Resend. Confirmed reservations and contact requests are received in our business mailbox, operated by an email provider. The website is hosted by Vercel. These providers may process your information outside Québec, including in the United States. We do not sell your information.
Retention
Until your address is confirmed, no reservation is recorded; the confirmation email remains only in our provider’s sending log, for its retention period. A confirmed reservation is kept until the end of the reservation period, or two years without an order, then deleted. A temporary sending limit uses your IP address in the server’s memory, without storing it with your reservation.
Your rights
You may request access to, correction or deletion of your information, and withdraw your consent at any time. Every follow-up email contains an unsubscribe link: open it, then confirm your choice. To withdraw your reservation or request deletion of your information, write to info@robaian.com. Identity verification may be needed to protect your information.
Browsing
This version of the site does not enable any audience measurement tool. Two items may be stored in your browser: the NEXT_LOCALE cookie, which keeps your language, and the aura-calm preference, which keeps the “Reduce motion” choice. The host may process technical connection data.
Governance and complaints
The person in charge of the protection of personal information approves our retention, destruction and access rules, and keeps a register of confidentiality incidents. For an access or correction request, or for a complaint, write to info@robaian.com: we answer in writing within 30 days. If our answer does not satisfy you, you may contact the Commission d’accès à l’information du Québec (cai.gouv.qc.ca).

Last updated: October 13, 2026. Any significant change to this policy is announced on this page with its date; if it affects your reservation, we inform you by email.
